What You’ll Do

• Carry & Clear — Pilot or self‑play boosts for Mythic +, Heroic/Mythic raids, glory achievements, and timed challenges.
• Optimize Runs — Plan routes, assign CDs, and keep wipes to a minimum for lightning‑fast completions.
• Teach while you boost — Offer live pointers on rotation, gearing, and boss strategy for clients who want to improve.
• Play on your terms – Queue your keys or raid slots around your own schedule (min 10 hrs/week).
• Delight our customers – Communicate clearly, meet deadlines, and maintain 5-star feedback.

We’re Looking For

• Guild Leader — Be the captain of your own team, lead them during orders and become a valuable asset in our team by executing Raids and Dungeon Runs.
• Top tier parses — Consistent orange/pink logs, Keystone Master / Hero, or CE achievements in recent tiers (links requested). Proven experience is required.
• Role Versatility — Tank, healer, or DPS competence; ability to swap specs when meta shifts.
• Damage-meter discipline — Big numbers without padding or cheesing mechanics.
• Professionalism & courtesy — Clean chat logs, zero toxicity, and polished English (additional languages are a plus).
• Ability to Provide Streaming — Pretty much mandatory high speed connection for HQ streaming for our customers.
• Security & Reliability — Strict safety protocols, accurate ETAs, and <15‑minute replies during active jobs.
• Experience matters — Previous boosting, coaching, or esports background is welcome but not mandatory; we’ll test your skills in-house.

Nice-to-Haves

• Full‑time Mythic + push group or raid team willing to take guild‑slot orders.
• Content creation chops—for paid collab streams and tutorials.
• Fluency in multiple languages.

• KYC Verification: Make sure to have a verification document (National ID, Passport or Driver's License) at your disposal. It's mandatory.
• Payment Details: An active payment method to receive payments registered in your name. No 3rd parties allowed.
• Phone Number: An active Phone number registered in your country of origin. No digital numbers allowed.
