Placement matches or provisional matches are a series of ranked matches played at the start of each competitive season. They determine the starting rank with which a player will begin his competitive season. Getting a high number of wins during these ranked matches allows players to start at a much higher rank than a player with a higher number of losses, so it is essential to win as many as possible.

Our FaceIT Placement match service guarantees 2 wins out of 3 ranked matches at all ranks. Mind that we do not offer guaranteed win rates when playing in duo with a Booster, since the customer’s performances might affect the results.

It’s totally up to you. We provide two types of service: SoloQ where a Booster will enter your account to play for you and DuoQ, where a Booster will play TOGETHER with you from another account, helping you in ranked matches.

In the event that the Booster achieves fewer wins than advertised, you will be entitled to obtain 2 ranked wins for each match lost (above the guaranteed threshold).

The DuoQ service (i.e. the one where a Booster supports you during ranked matches) is totally 100% safe, as it does not go against the terms of service of any video game company. Sharing your account credentials with another person, however, is against the terms of service, and therefore could be punished with a temporary suspension. However, in 8 years of service, there have been no reported cases of suspension from Boosting, thanks to the strict security measures we use in the execution of our services.

Starting 2024, we won’t be compensating lost ELO anymore. FACEIT updated their policies and detection system in a way that prevents us from restoring the removed ELO purchased from a boosting service. This measure includes banning the Booster’s smurfs and flagging their HWID, resulting in the removal of the ELO earned while playing with the Booster. We will be also forcing DuoQ (Self-Play) on all orders to increase security for our customers. We won’t be handling shared accounts on FACEIT anymore. Mind that this ELO removal doesn’t happen all the time. For all other Counter Strike related services, there are no issues.
