We play manually on the standard client and never use cheats, and self play orders mean nobody logs into your account at all. Piloted orders do involve account access, which carries some risk on any game, and we would rather be upfront about that than promise it away.

Yes. Ranked rewards are handed out on the tier you finish the season at, so a push before the season closes is what secures them. Survivor Pass progress, BP, G-Coin and Weapon Mastery earned during the work stay on your account.

On a self play or duo order you are playing the whole time. On a piloted order the account needs to be free during the agreed session window, since two logins at once will disconnect each other.
