What You’ll Do

• Coach on Demand – Break down VoDs, explain win conditions, and fine‑tune key‑binds during live sessions.
• Play on your terms – Log in from anywhere and set your own schedule (minimum 10 hrs/week).
• Delight our customers – Communicate clearly, meet deadlines, and maintain 5-star feedback.
• Collaborate, don’t compete – Share tips, meta shifts, and route optimizations in our private Discord.

We’re Looking For

• Gladiator Skills — Consistent 2400+ arena history or 2 k + RBG leadership (screenshots/Battle.net links required).
• Meta Savvy — Rapid adaptation to balance patches, comp shifts, and ladder volatility.
• Professionalism & courtesy — Clean chat logs, zero toxicity, and polished English (additional languages are a plus).
• Ability to Provide Streaming — Pretty much mandatory high speed connection for HQ streaming for our customers.
• Reliability — You honor ETA commitments and respond to clients within 15 minutes while a job is active.
• Security awareness — Comfort with 2FA, VPN/virtual machine use, and nondisclosure of client data.
• Experience matters — Previous boosting, coaching, or esports background is welcome but not mandatory; we’ll test your skills in-house.

Nice-to-Haves

• Multi‑spec mastery (e.g., healer + melee DPS).
• Stream‑ready rigs for “watch‑my‑climb” packages.
• Previous esports or AWC experience.
• Content creation chops—for paid collab streams and tutorials.
• Fluency in multiple languages.
