Because they're the roles almost nobody wants to queue. Tank carries the heaviest responsibility in the game and is chronically under-populated, so a Champion-level tank is the scarcest thing we can put in your lobby. You're paying for guaranteed availability of a role you'd otherwise be begging a random to fill.

Whatever your team needs — it's the flexible option. If you specifically want a tank or a support every single game, buy Tank Duo or Support Duo and it's guaranteed.

Whichever role queue you play. Tank, Damage and Support each carry their own rank and hidden MMR, so playing one role won't move the other two. Open Queue Duo covers the Open Queue ladder, which is a separate rank again.

Ult, Wipe and POTG are 3, 5 and 10 game bundles with a Champion+ teammate, cheaper per game as they scale. Payload Pack is different — it's a 3-hour block rather than a game count, for when you'd rather just play a session.

Stadium is Overwatch's tournament-style mode with its own progression, restricted to Diamond and above — very few services cover it. Ult Economy Coaching is a session purely on tracking enemy ultimates and timing yours against theirs, which decides more fights than aim does and is the most under-taught skill in the game.
