The best ADC in League right now is Jinx, and it is not especially close. On patch 26.19 she wins 52.57% of her Emerald+ games on a 16.77% pick rate, which is absurd for a champion that popular. Tristana and Yunara round out our S tier, the Aphelios buff has doubled his pick rate without moving his win rate, and Caitlyn is still banned in one game out of five despite losing more than she wins. This LoL ADC tier list ranks every marksman from S to D with the numbers behind each call, shows the best ADC by rank bracket, and names who rose and fell since last patch.
This is the patch list. It changes every two weeks. If you want picks that hold up across patches, our evergreen guide to the best ADCs to climb with is the companion piece.
Patch 26.19 context: what changed for bot lane
Patch 26.19 is the last patch before the Worlds patch, and Riot mostly tidied up bot lane with it. Every change below comes from Riot’s patch 26.19 notes:
- Aphelios buffs across all five guns. Calibrum Moonshot damage goes from 70-160 to 80-170, Infernum Duskwave cooldown drops from 9-6 seconds to 8-5 seconds, the Gravitum slow now decays to 15% instead of 10%, and Severum healing and Crescendum scaling both tick up.
- Draven base AD goes from 62 to 64. Two AD sounds tiny, but Draven’s whole game plan is winning level 1, so he feels it.
- Lucian gets a trade: his passive’s empowered on-hit drops from 15 (+20% AD) to 5 (+15% AD), and Piercing Light base damage rises from 80-220 to 90-250. Riot’s stated aim is to make him less reliant on Nami and Milio.
- World Atlas and Runic Compass lose early health (30/100/200 down to 0/60/200) in exchange for more health regen. That’s a support item, but it changes how hard your support can trade in the first ten minutes.
The previous patch, 26.18, nerfed Zeri’s Ultrashock Laser (120% down to 100% total AD) and took Seraphine and Nautilus down a notch in the support slot. Both matter below.
How we rank: placements start from op.gg Ranked Solo/Duo data, all servers, Emerald+ (our read of op.gg data, last checked September 2026, about six days into patch 26.19; Riot does not publish official per-champion splits). We cross-check against Lolalytics, then apply judgment on sample size, pick-rate distortion and how the champion performs in real solo queue lobbies. Where we deviate from the raw numbers, the table says why. Off-role mages in bot lane (Viktor, Hwei, Swain) are covered in one paragraph further down, not in the main table.
LoL ADC tier list: every marksman ranked
Three ADCs are clearly better than the rest, a big A tier is separated by playstyle more than power, and two popular picks are losing far more than their popularity suggests. Win, pick and ban rates are Emerald+, patch 26.19, from op.gg’s bottom lane rankings, last checked September 2026.
| Tier | Champion | Win rate | Pick rate | Ban rate | Why |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| S | Jinx | 52.57% | 16.77% | 8.53% | Top win rate on a top-three pick rate. Resets win fights nobody else can |
| S | Tristana | 51.42% | 10.23% | 7.99% | Wins lane, wins towers, and the jump gives her an out on her own |
| S | Yunara | 50.57% | 15.66% | 8.35% | Climbing fast in pick and ban rate, and she’s the #2 pick in Diamond+ |
| A | Xayah | 51.60% | 4.87% | 0.85% | Self-peel with feathers and R, which suits a support who roams |
| A | Zeri | 51.39% | 4.69% | 1.01% | Shrugged off the 26.18 W nerf, strongest in Diamond+ |
| A | Twitch | 50.93% | 5.37% | 7.05% | Stealth angles break disorganized lobbies |
| A | Kog’Maw | 52.22% | 1.95% | 0.49% | Huge win rate but needs a peel support. A tier on draft dependency |
| A | Jhin | 49.75% | 16.88% | 1.71% | Under 50% on a 17% pick rate, which is fine for a pick this crowded. Hard to misplay |
| A | Kai’Sa | 49.37% | 17.94% | 3.65% | Most-picked ADC in the game. Her win rate is held down by popularity, not weakness |
| B | Ashe | 50.09% | 6.69% | 1.79% | Steady utility pick, slightly down since last patch |
| B | Caitlyn | 49.12% | 15.18% | 21.89% | Banned constantly and still losing. The lane bully does not convert late |
| B | Aphelios | 49.05% | 9.17% | 4.04% | Buffed, pick rate doubled, and the new players are learning him on your LP |
| B | Sivir | 50.02% | 4.09% | 1.57% | Wave clear and engage speed, but a low ceiling in 1v1s |
| B | Draven | 49.12% | 4.53% | 13.55% | Under 50% at Emerald+, above 50% in Diamond+. The skill tax is real |
| B | Kalista | 49.48% | 3.45% | 1.00% | Duo-queue pick. Also crosses 50% in Diamond+ |
| B | Nilah | 51.40% | 1.14% | 1.75% | Tiny sample. Strong in Silver (54.23%), niche above |
| B | Miss Fortune | 49.31% | 5.45% | 0.62% | A low-elo stomper that fades as players learn to dodge her ult |
| C | Samira | 49.03% | 3.71% | 5.16% | Needs an engage support every game, and the ladder won’t always give you one |
| C | Smolder | 48.92% | 3.31% | 1.30% | Stack timer too slow for how fast games end |
| C | Corki | 48.90% | 1.49% | 0.25% | Fine in pro play, awkward in solo queue |
| C | Varus | 47.78% | 2.69% | 0.93% | Poke builds lose to the current all-in supports |
| C | Lucian | 47.65% | 7.48% | 2.45% | The 26.19 passive trade cost him about a point of win rate in bot |
| D | Vayne | 47.26% | 2.92% | 5.55% | Weak laning into a meta full of range and hooks |
| D | Ezreal | 45.83% | 11.48% | 4.12% | Lowest win rate of any mainstream ADC on an 11% pick rate |
Where we deviate: Kog’Maw and Nilah would be S on raw win rate alone. We hold them down because their pick rates are under 2% (a small sample of mostly one-tricks), and Kog’Maw collapses when your support locks in something without a shield or a knock-back. Jhin and Kai’Sa go the other way. A champion picked in 17-18% of games drags in every player trying it out, which pulls the average down, so a 49.5% on that volume is healthier than it looks. Lolalytics puts Kai’Sa at A+ and Jhin at A on the same bracket, which matches our read.
A word on bot-lane mages, since you will see them in your games. Viktor bot sits at 51.87% with a 14.81% ban rate at Emerald+, and Hwei posts 53.64% on a 1.02% pick rate. They win games, but they’re mid laners borrowing the lane, so they stay out of this list the same way a jungle Yasuo would stay out of a jungle list.
S-tier ADCs: why they’re on top
Jinx
Jinx is the best ADC on patch 26.19. The 52.57% is impressive, and it’s more impressive that it holds at a 16.77% pick rate, and that she is op.gg’s #1 ranked bottom laner in Silver, Gold, Platinum, Emerald and Diamond+. No other marksman manages that. Her passive turns one kill into a teamfight win, and solo queue fights are messy enough that she gets that first kill constantly.
- Counters: long-range lane bullies with hard engage behind them (Caitlyn with Lux or Morgana), and dive comps that reach her before Get Excited triggers.
- Who should not play her: players who can’t stand a weak first 10 minutes. Jinx loses many 2v2 trades pre-Kraken and you have to be at peace with that.
Tristana
Tristana has more ways to win a game than anyone else in the role. She wins lane with an all-in at level 2-3, takes towers faster than anyone thanks to Explosive Charge, and Rocket Jump gives her an escape that most ADCs don’t have. That’s why she holds 51.42% at Emerald+ and 51.30% in Diamond+ with barely any drop.
- Counters: Caitlyn out-ranges her in lane, and a support who holds their crowd control until after she jumps punishes her hard.
- Who should not play her: anyone who jumps forward by reflex. Rocket Jump is your escape, and if you use it to go in you usually die.
Yunara
Yunara is the one climbing. Her Emerald+ pick rate went from 13.92% to 15.66% and her ban rate nearly doubled (4.86% to 8.35%) in one patch without any direct buff. In Diamond+ she is the second most picked ADC at 17.44% while holding 50.62%. When the best players converge on a champion like that, the rest of the ladder usually follows. Lolalytics rates her A+ at Emerald+, and we move her up a notch on that high-elo signal.
- Counters: heavy poke lanes that stop her from taking extended trades, and burst assassins who kill her before her on-hit damage adds up.
- Who should not play her: players with fewer than 20 games on her. The win rate is carried by players who know her spacing, and a blind pick is how you end up as one of the games dragging her average down.
One story from our own queue. A Diamond 4 duo we ran last split had a Tristana player stuck at the same LP for two weeks. His mechanics were fine. He used Rocket Jump to engage in almost every fight, and once he started saving it for his exit his teamfight deaths roughly halved. Playing an S-tier champion doesn’t save you from your own habits.
Best ADC by rank bracket
The Emerald+ table is the house default, but the best ADC is not the same in Silver as it is in Diamond. Here’s what op.gg’s patch 26.19 data says by bracket (Silver and Gold pages used for Iron-Gold, last checked September 2026).
| Bracket | Best pick | Strong alternatives | Overrated here | Why the bracket changes the answer |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Iron-Gold | Jinx (52.85% in Gold) | Kog’Maw 53.34% Gold, Twitch 51.78% Gold, Nilah 54.23% Silver, Miss Fortune 50.83% Silver | Caitlyn: 22.39% pick and 28.80% ban in Silver for a coin-flip 50.02% | Fights are long and messy. Reset and AoE champions profit, and nobody punishes a Kog’Maw |
| Plat-Emerald | Jinx (52.95% Plat, 52.84% Emerald) | Xayah 51.91% Plat / 51.80% Emerald, Tristana 51.51% Emerald, Twitch 51.83% Plat | Miss Fortune drops to 49.67% in Emerald as players start dodging Bullet Time | Self-peel starts to matter because supports roam more |
| Diamond+ | Jinx (52.13%) | Tristana 51.30%, Zeri 51.32%, Yunara 50.62% on a 17.44% pick rate | Caitlyn falls to 48.88%, Ezreal 45.80% | Execution picks pay off: Draven (50.09%) and Kalista (50.06%) both cross 50% only here |
The Draven line is the most useful one on that table. At Emerald he wins 48.34% of his games, and in Diamond+ he wins 50.09%. Same champion, same patch, and the only difference is who is catching the axes.
If you would rather skip the part where you learn Draven’s axe patterns at the cost of 200 LP, our LoL division boost team plays bot lane at Diamond and above every day and can move the account while you learn at your own pace in normals.
Best support pairings for the S-tier ADCs
Supports get their own tier list, so this stays short. Our best ADC and support combos breakdown covers duo synergy in depth. For this patch, the pairings the numbers favor:
- Jinx: a hook or engage support who starts fights for her (Thresh, Blitzcrank, Leona). She wants a kill to trigger her passive, and engage gives her one.
- Tristana: all-in partners who match her level 2 spike. Leona and Rell turn her W into a kill instead of a trade.
- Yunara: enchanters who stretch her extended trades, with Janna and Nami the cleanest options this patch.
- Lucian, by Riot’s design: the 26.19 change exists to break his dependency on Nami and Milio. If you only play Lucian with an enchanter, this patch costs you more than the raw numbers show.
Rising and falling vs patch 26.18
These are the moves between patch 26.18 and 26.19, using op.gg Emerald+ data for both patches pulled on the same day (last checked September 2026).
| Champion | 26.18 | 26.19 | Direction | What happened |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Aphelios | 49.16% WR, 4.95% pick | 49.05% WR, 9.17% pick | Rising (popularity) | All-gun buff. Pick rate nearly doubled and win rate held flat |
| Yunara | 50.21% WR, 4.86% ban | 50.57% WR, 8.35% ban | Rising | No direct change. High-elo adoption is pulling the ladder with it |
| Draven | 3.64% pick, 11.29% ban | 4.53% pick, 13.55% ban | Rising | Base AD 62 to 64 made his level 1 stronger |
| Zeri | 51.07% | 51.39% | Steady | The 26.18 W nerf didn’t slow her down |
| Lucian | 48.59% WR, 8.51% pick | 47.65% WR, 7.48% pick | Falling | Passive on-hit cut. Riot pushed some of his power into mid lane |
| Ashe | 50.55% | 50.09% | Slightly falling | No change to her. Other champions took her lane matchups |
The Aphelios line is the one to read carefully. When a buffed champion’s pick rate doubles and the win rate stays put, a lot of people are learning him. The discussion in the r/ADCMains 26.19 preview thread expected the buff to show up on the Worlds stage more than in solo queue, and so far the solo queue data agrees. If his win rate climbs once the tourists leave, he moves to A. Our guess is two to three weeks, if 26.20 doesn’t change him first.
Where this tier list is wrong
First, the data is early. These numbers are from about six days into patch 26.19. Buffed champions like Aphelios are at their noisiest right now, since half the people playing him are on game three. A tier list pulled at the end of the patch would be more accurate and less useful, because by then the next patch is out.
Second, the trackers disagree on method. Lolalytics scores each game by every player’s own rank, while op.gg averages it by lobby, and the result is that Lolalytics win rates run about 1.5-2 points higher across the board. Their Caitlyn is A tier at 51.13% and ours is B at 49.12% from the same games. Both are measuring something real, just different things, so compare tiers across sites and leave the raw percentages alone.
Third, the average win rate isn’t yours. A 52% Jinx average includes one-tricks with 400 games on her. Your Jinx on game five is not that Jinx. Your own 20-game win rate on a B-tier champion you know well will usually beat your first 20 games on an S-tier pick, and that is exactly why the evergreen climb picks exist next to this list.
Frequently asked questions
Who is the best ADC in LoL right now?
Jinx. On patch 26.19 she has the highest win rate of any popular marksman at Emerald+ (52.57% on a 16.77% pick rate, per op.gg) and she is op.gg’s #1 ranked bottom laner in every bracket from Silver to Diamond+.
What is the best ADC for low elo?
Jinx, Kog’Maw and Twitch in Iron to Gold, with Miss Fortune as the easy option. They reward the long, messy fights low-elo games are made of, and Kog’Maw posts 53.34% in Gold because few players there know how to dive him.
Is Aphelios good after the 26.19 buffs?
He’s popular, but not yet good in solo queue. His Emerald+ pick rate went from 4.95% to 9.17% after the buff while his win rate stayed around 49%, which is the usual pattern while players learn him. Expect him to look better on the Worlds stage than on your ladder.
Why is Caitlyn rated so high on other tier lists?
Some lists weight pick and ban rate heavily, and Caitlyn has plenty of both (15.18% pick and 21.89% ban at Emerald+). We rank on what a champion wins, and she is under 50% in every bracket from Gold up.
Is Ezreal bad right now?
In solo queue, yes. He sits at 45.83% at Emerald+ on an 11.48% pick rate, the lowest of any mainstream ADC. His kit is safe and flexible, but the numbers have looked like this for a long time, and the patch notes haven’t changed it.
How often does this ADC tier list change?
Every patch. Patch 26.20, the Worlds patch, is due in early October, and the S and A tiers are the first thing we re-check when it lands.
For the current patch: Jinx, Tristana and Yunara are the ADCs to climb with, Xayah and Zeri are the best picks if you need self-peel, and Caitlyn and Ezreal are more popular than they are good. Pick from the top of the list, but pick something you have played before. And if you’d rather the climb happened while you focus on learning the lane, you can book a LoL boost or duo queue climb to Emerald, Diamond or Master with our team.
