Depends on the ranks you purchased. Generally to go up to "Lord" from "Agent" rank takes around 2-3 days.

Due to the nature of the service, this is unfortunately not possible. Proficiency Boost is available only through account share, as boosters will need to maintain very high performances on your account to achieve it.
